⚡ One-Command Setup

bash setup.sh

First run creates your .env file. Fill in your Anthropic API key + Telegram bot token, then re-run. The Orchestrator will Telegram you your server IP and dashboard URL.

Every bot in the bind communicates through named topics. Bots publish to topics and poll for new messages.

✅ Setup Checklist

Copy all files to a directory on your server
Run bash setup.sh — it creates your .env file
Fill in ANTHROPIC_API_KEY, TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN, TELEGRAM_CHAT_ID
Re-run bash setup.sh — installs systemd services, sets up cron
Check your Telegram — Orchestrator sends you the server IP + dashboard URL
Open dashboard.html in your browser
Test: curl http://127.0.0.1:7700/health → should return {"status":"ok"}
Test: curl http://127.0.0.1:7701/dashboard → live dashboard data
Test roundtable: python3 roundtable.py --now
